Life skills and Mentoring at Chandigarh University is an exclusive program that works on the principle of assisting and empowering the mentee with the approach of Friend-Philosopher-guide. The Life Skills and Mentoring is a unique program to support students to improve their learning and motivating them to excel in both academic and extra-curricular fields. The faculty members are given training on mentor system and meet the students once a week to listen to their issues and guide them on their overall academic and career growth. This system involves teaching faculty members who act as mentors of students, and attempt to cater to their emotional, intellectual needs and guide them excel in their career at regular interval of time.
