Batch 2017 pass out, on the topic “Adapting positive attitude for finding placement opportunity” on 22nd April 2022. The expert motivated the students on Positive thinking for job approach and elaborated the ways to prepare for technical interviews.
An Industrial Visit was organized by Prof. Bimal Raj Dutta for fourth semester students at Wonders System India Pvt. Ltd. for their exposure to Automation Industry on 21st April, 2022. The students learned about PLC Automation Installation, setup of automation working industry, SCADA software functioning and working of PLC setup.
A Robotics Workshop was organized by Prof. Bimal Raj Dutta and representatives of Robotics Club of ECE department on Line Follower Robot on 30th March, 2022. The participants learned the designing of hardware and software of Line Follower Robot along with its integration.
An Expert talk was organized by Prof. Bimal Raj Dutta and online delivered by Mr. Abhishek Maurya, System Design Engineer, Micron Technology, Inc. on the topic “Design of Flash Memory & its Real Time Application” 14th March, 2022. The expert elaborated on designing of Flash Memory, SSD Memory and their applications.

The Expert for the session was Dr. Pawan Kumar Dahiya, Professor, DCRUST, Murthal. About the Expert: Suman Kumar is an Assistant Professor in Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. He received the B.Tech degree in electronics and communication engineering from the Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata India in 2010. He obtained his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2016. He is the recipient of the best paper award at ICWMC-2012 held at Venice, Italy. His current research interests are LoRa, Bluetooth, RFID, NB-IoT, Localization. He received one project from Department of Science and Technology, India, and many consultancy projects from the Government and private sectors.
